Alice Torti Maggi / Design and Art Curatorship

Alice Torti Maggi is a Milan-based set designer and curator. With a background in Interior Design, she later expanded her practice into set design and, in parallel, into the curation of photographic exhibitions. Her two most recent exhibitions, "Velo" and "She, Herself"—both focused on nude photography and hosted in Milan—brought together established and emerging artists. Through these projects, she sought to faithfully convey a powerful connection to the human body and the many layers of meaning and interpretation it can embody. Her work aspires to create a fully immersive experience, where space and narrative come together to express a story and a message in their entirety. Across all her projects, Alice oversees every phase of the process, from the development of the creative concept to its on-site execution, as well as the creation of the visual identity and the subsequent communication.
