Kshitija Gurav: Visual & New Media Designer
A Visual and new media designer with 5+ years of experience across digital, print, and experiential design. My work explores ecologically conscious and speculative approaches at the intersection of biology, art+design, and futures-thinking. I was born and raised in India. Growing up as a military kid meant constantly being on the move, which gave me a lifelong ability to adapt to new environments and fostered a keen sense of curiosity, for which I am grateful. Currently, I'm based in Berlin, embracing the new adventures, cultures, and experiences that I find myself sitting with. At work, I design bold brand identities and cohesive, adaptable design systems that turn ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. I’m driven by experimentation, collaboration, and critical reflection. My approach strikes a balance between structure and exploration, merging unconventional ideas with visual clarity. Detail-oriented yet open to creative mess, I thrive in what I call 'organized chaos'. Resilient, adaptable, and open-minded, I’m a reliable team player who values hands-on, tangible design processes. Authenticity and empathy are at the core of my approach, paired with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to perform well under pressure. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with felines, exploring art exhibits, reading, cloud-watching, and cooking hearty vegan meals!
