Sofia Aedo Zahou is a Stockholm-based film director, still photographer, and multidisciplinary artist whose work is deeply rooted in her Chilean and Greek heritage. One of her most notable works, A Bath In My Mother’s Womb, a collaboration with Mona Namér, explores metamorphosis and the first moments of life through movement and film. Her experimental short film UNSAID addresses unspoken sentiments and lost love, showcasing her ability to capture deep emotional narratives.
