Studio Omecara: a cross-disciplinary, sensitive approach
Studio Omecara is an independent, interdisciplinary design studio founded in 2020 by designers Nicolas Boon and Tatiana Garcia. Working internationally, the studio operates across interior architecture, furniture, lighting, product design, art direction, and visual arts , approaching design as a transversal language rather than a set of isolated disciplines. Based in Luxembourg, Omecara asserts a distinctly author-driven position—precise, sensitive, and intentionally removed from fleeting trends. Each project is conceived as a coherent composition, where form follows a clear conceptual intention and detail becomes a narrative tool. Drawing from visual arts and craft-based techniques, the studio develops bespoke spaces, objects, and identities defined by proportion, material intelligence, and meaning. The studio’s practice has been featured in several notable exhibitions and collaborations across Europe, including Berlin Design Week, Brussels Design September, and Collectible Brussels, as well as presentations at the Mood Design Museum and the Smets flagship store.
