Paola Santos is an illustrator, graphic designer, and artist currently based in sunny Manila, Philippines. As a designer, she cares deeply about people and how design can serve them with clarity, intention, and care. Her work is guided by empathy and a belief that thoughtful design can make everyday experiences feel more considered and humane. In her art practice, Paola turns inward toward memory, emotion, and connection. Bridging physical and digital worlds, Paola creates work that blends illustration, interface thinking, and tactile sensibilities. Her approach is intuitive but structured, aiming for a balance that feels thoughtful and tender. She has worked with ZUS Coffee Philippines, Philippine Airlines, Canva, Tatler Philippines, YoungSTAR (The Philippine Star), Benny’s Place, Inari Sukiyaki, and the International Committee of the Red Cross, among others.
