re.riddle Contemporary Art Gallery and Multidisciplinary Projects

re.riddle is a contemporary art gallery located at 1275 Minnesota Street in San Francisco, California. Established in 2017 by art historian and curator Candace Huey, the gallery is dedicated to showcasing international contemporary artists through multidisciplinary and socially engaging programming. The mission of re.riddle is to contribute to the global discourse on contemporary art in ways that are both thought-provoking and playfully subversive. By exploring new modes of production, reception, and consumption, the gallery places a distinct emphasis on the whimsical, aiming to arouse curiosity and promote an awareness of the profound impact art has on daily life. In addition to its curatorial program, re.riddle provides comprehensive art advisory services. These include assisting private collectors and corporations with art acquisitions, collection management, and strategic development. The gallery participates in major art fairs like FOG Design+Art, Expo Chicago, and Untitled Art. Featured artists in their program have included Odonchimeg Davaadorj, Guanyu Xu, and Michail Michailov. re.riddle has also curated site-specific exhibitions internationally and collaborated with civic institutions to drive community awareness through artistic experiences.
