Tuğrul Şalcı is an Istanbul-based generative artist and digital product designer whose work investigates the relationship between noise, symbiotic relations, and creative system development. Holding a BSc in Communication Design from Özyeğin University and pursuing graduate studies at Sabancı University, Tuğrul Şalcı has established himself as a researcher and practitioner in the fields of new media and generative art.
